Tobi Jo LeBron is a designer who specializes in making websites easy to use. This year my work earned a Webby and a MIN Award for the redesign of CookingLight.com and Sunset.com respectively.

I began my career over a decade ago with the belief that human-computer interaction should feel like a conversation and not a cryptic scavenger hunt.

Innovation needs fresh air. When I’m not dreaming up new ways to engage in meaningful conversation with the people on the other end of web publishing (hello you!), I like to grow things in my garden or sit by a campfire with my friends.
